Bosses Galore level:
Get 100 Mutations.

Shangri-La level:
Get 150 Mutations.

Greater detailed head:
Get 100 Mutations before the original Bird Lap. When playing the laps again, your head will have greater detail

After saving a 150-Hentai game, re-select it to see a new option replacing the first three laps, PEACE.

You can swap between any six-panel Hentai by moving the D-Pad left and right, explore the area, and generally play around.  You can also see the big yellow Doshin watching over you in certain instances.

Items:)

Dead Grass which is always brown will give you a quick health boost after it has been consumed.

Hearts can be found all over.  After accumulating 100 you will get another creature to pick from the next time you need to breed.
