Aquadome:
Upon hitting a homerun into the pool at Steele Stadium, into the swamp at Gator Flats, and into the lake at Frasier Field you will unlock the Aquadome stadium.

Home Run Derby:
REMEMBER: You have to be fast. Choose two people and select a third person immediately before the screen changes. This will help you get more hits and home runs.

Abner Dubbleplay:
Earn all twenty certificates to unlock Abner Dubbleplay as a player.

Barry Deejay:
Have a saved game file from Backyard Basketball on your memory card.

Derek Jeter:
Execute two double plays in a single game in season mode.

Greg Maddux:
Win 20 games in season mode. REMEMBER: Try playing a 32 game season.

Mike Piazza:
Hit a grand slam in season mode.

Mr Clanky:

Pedro Martinez:
Throw a shutout in season mode.

Play Better:

Major league players will perform better when they play for their real-life teams.

If you put Amir Kahn and Achmed Kahn on the same team their skills will increase. The same thing will happen with Sidney and Ashley Webber.

If the other team throws the ball to home play and you are on first base, you can run to second and they will not see you.

If you want to do better in the Home Run Derby, instead of choosing a pre-made kid, create your own player. For his stats, put his "Power" and "Contact" all the way up. Doing this will make him a very good power hitter, which is the most desirable type of player for a Home Run Derby.

Homerun bonus:
Hit a homerun with every person in your line-up in a row. You will get ten aluminum bat power-ups and ten geyser power-ups.

Better batting average for Abner Doubleplay:
Make him bunt or hit with power. You will get a better batting average by using power because he is a great power hitter, and he will get a better batting average bunting because he is a very fast runner.

Better batting average for Albert Pujols:
Hit with power. You will increase his batting average because he is a great power hitter.

Better batting average for Alex Rodriguez:
Make him hit with power. He is a great power hitter.

Better batting average for Barry Dejay:
Make him bunt because he is a fast runner.

Better batting average for Carlos Delgado:
Make him hit with power. You will get a better batting average because he is a great power hitter.

Better batting average for Derek Jeter:
Make him hit with either contact or power. You will get a better batting average because he is a good contact hitter and a pretty good power hitter.

Better batting average for Ichiro:
Bunt with him or hit a line drive with him. Doing this will improve his batting average because Ichiro is not a good power hitter, but is very fast with a good contact hitting status.

Better batting average for Jim Thome:
Make him hit with power. This will increase his batting average because he is a great power hitter.

Better batting average for Kisha Phillips:
Make her hit with power. She is a great power hitter.

Better batting average for Mike Piazza:
Make him hit with power. He is a great power hitter.

Better batting average for Pablo Sanchez:
Hit with power. This will get him a better batting average because Pablo is one of the best power hitters in the game. If you get a hold of the right pitch, 90% of the time he will hit the ball out of the park.

Better batting average for Pete Wheeler:
Bunt with him. You will get a better batting average by bunting because he is a very fast runner.

Better batting average for Sammy Sosa:
Make him hit with power. You will get a better batting average because he is a great power hitter.

Better batting average for Shawn Green:
Make him hit with a line drive. He is a great line drive hitter.

Shorter homerun:
When you have the hitting power-up Unlimited Bat and the other team has Rainbow Pitch or vice versa, you will still hit a homerun, but the ball will not travel as far as it would if it got hit by Unlimited Bat without Rainbow Pitch.
