To fly as a super sayain 3, all you do is go to kmi\'s lookout, or dende\'s lookout. Then Go to the room that goten and trunks were napping in. Then transform yourself into a super sayian 3. Go up to the window and press A. Goku will fly out to the world map and then when you turn he will disappear, but when you stop turning, he will reappear.
