Hidden course
Pick the Himalaya track under easy difficulty. Go into the "skeleton" tunnel, and turn to follow the alternate route to the left. By collecting the medallion you will unlock a hidden ATV course.
Hard difficulty
By winning first place under easy difficulty.
Expert difficulty
By winning first place under hard difficulty.
Bonus trick medallion
Under easy difficulty, choose Maui. Towards the end of the race (snowboarding), go to the left on the last grind rail.
