Mr. Do Cheats

Getting 255 lives:
When an apple appears in the first two rows of level 1, build a tunnel from the bottom of the screen to the location directly below the apple with a thin layer of dirt to keep the apple in place. Kill all enemies until only one remains. Then, intentionally lose your lives until you are on your last life. Position yourself under the apple and wait for the enemy to approach. Dig the dirt under the apple so it falls while shooting the enemy to kill it. The enemy must die before the apple hits Mr. Do. If done correctly, the game will glitch, and the life counter will increase to 255. Do not earn a bonus life, as it will set the number of lives to zero. Only works in the Taito version of the game.
